Dry Dock & Haul-out Coordination

A well-defined haul-out starts with the vessel, the yard and the work that needs access below the waterline. Share your measurements, target dates and existing work list so Kitfix can review the plan with you.

SCOPE

Bring the haul-out work together

Use the first discussion to organize yard requirements, hull access and mechanical work, then confirm who will quote, supply and carry out each item.

  • 01Vessel length, beam, draft and current berth for a yard enquiry.
  • 02Preferred yard, haul-out window and known access or operating constraints.
  • 03A work list for hull access, mechanical systems and other contractors.
  • 04Clear responsibility for each quote, part, work item and approval.

  3. 03 / 03

FAQ

Dry-dock questions

Can Kitfix arrange the yard booking?

Yard slots and booking responsibilities depend on the project. Include your preferred yard and dates so Kitfix can confirm whether it can assist with coordination.

Does the service include antifouling or anode replacement?

List each hull-care task in the brief and identify the yard or contractor responsible. Kitfix can confirm how those items fit into its agreed role.

Can mechanical work be planned during a haul-out?

Yes, include engines, stabilizers or other equipment that may be easier to access ashore. Kitfix can confirm whether it can take on those items as part of the plan.
